As our new Sales Support Specialist, you will be joining a national Sales Support team that aims to reduce the order to bill time for the B2B-Go-To Market sales teams, improve the customer experience of order management and onboarding, and seeks to improve the sales outcomes for Vocus. The role reports to the Sales Support Manager within the Commercial Operations team and can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney. Key to your success will be your ability to build relationships with the sales team, understand our products, adhere to processes with the big picture in mind, flex your problem-solving skills and be adaptable. Key Responsibilities Build highly effective working relationships and rapport with the Enterprise and Wholesale Sales Teams Sales process checks and validations to support commercial close The ability to respond to customer requests for quotations Support for sales opportunity/order creation in CRM system (Salesforce) Accurate and efficient capture and detailing of assigned orders; order entry and processing as required; submission to delivery teams Triage order submission failures and on-hold orders requiring action on behalf of the sales team and manage to completion Monitoring of orders through delivery phase and to correct first bill Maintain a high standard of job-relevant knowledge across products, processes and system applications Identify opportunities for continuous improvement - with a focus on adding value and efficiency gains Implementing new and modified Sales Administration procedures, processes and reporting. Skills & Experience At least 3-5 years in similar role - experience in the Telco industry preferred High proficiency in Enterprise grade CRMs (Salesforce an advantage) and order entry systems High attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High technical aptitude to understand complex ICT products Well-developed relationship building skills.
