$80,000 – $100,000 Super | Broadbeach Upmarket Residential Apartments | Hands-On, Autonomous Role We’re seeking a capable and proactive Building & Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained, premium residential complex in Broadbeach. This is a true hybrid role — combining residential property management with day-to-day building operations and hands-on upkeep. It will suit someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys variety, and is comfortable being the go-to person onsite. The Role Manage leasing, inspections, tenant relationships & rent collection Conduct entry/exit reports and routine inspections Oversee daily presentation of the building and common areas Coordinate contractors and organise maintenance works Perform minor repairs, cleaning and general upkeep as required Maintain gardens, outdoor areas and shared facilities Manage waste collection and building operations Respond to after-hours issues when needed Use PropertyMe for day-to-day management Assist with trust accounting (owner support provided) About You Experience in property management, building management, or a similar hybrid role Comfortable with hands-on tasks — not just desk-based management Strong organisational and communication skills Able to manage contractors and take ownership of the site Trust accounting experience desirable, not essential Reliable, proactive and solutions-focused Why This Role Stands Out $80K – $100K Super (depending on experience) Autonomy to run the building day-to-day Supportive, engaged owner (including accounting support) Variety in your role — no two days the same Work in a premium Broadbeach location This role is best suited to someone who enjoys being across both people and property — and who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of living environment for residents.
