About the Role We are currently seeking experienced High Pressure Water Blasters / Industrial Service Operators to join our client’s team. To be considered for this role you will be based in Goldcoast within an easy commute to Burleigh. These roles are offered on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for ongoing full-time employment. You will be working 11.5-hour shifts on a flexible, continuous roster, including day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Pay Rate: $35.49 to $39.49 per hour penalties depending on experience. Essential Requirements: Current Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights tickets (must be valid and within 2 years) Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Current National Police Clearance (clean record required) Desirable Criteria: Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to commit to long-term work opportunities What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals who are physically fit, motivated, and ready to work in demanding industrial environments.
