Retail Manager – Crust Pizza Pyrmont (NSW) Crust Pizza Pyrmont is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy store. This is a full-time position based in Pyrmont, NSW. Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum (excluding superannuation), commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient service delivery Supervising, training, and rostering staff Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally Driving sales performance and implementing promotional activities Managing budgets, costs, and financial reporting Maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation Requirements: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality management role Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Relevant qualification in business, retail, or hospitality (preferred but not essential) This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing brand and take ownership of a high-performing store.
