With three outdoor spaces (including a dedicated kinder yard playground) and a strong focus on sustainability through our atelier and recycling hub you’ll have the environment and resources to truly bring learning to life. What you’ll need: • ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education) • Proven experience in curriculum programming and educational leadership • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and assessment and rating processes • Confidence mentoring and developing educators • Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing • Completion of the National Child Safety Training (Foundations of Child Safety) • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications • Working with Children Check & Mandatory Reporting Why join Explorers?
