About the Role The focus of the classroom teacher is on the planning, preparation and delivery of programs to achieve specific student outcomes. The successful applicant will teach across a range of year levels and subjects, with a core focus on VCE Business Studies (Units 1 & 2), and will be accountable for the effective delivery of their programs. The classroom teacher utilises critical reflection to improve knowledge and skills to better engage students and enhance learning outcomes. An integral aspect of the role is contributing to a values-based educational environment and supporting the pastoral care of students, including responsibilities as a Homeroom Teacher.
