We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Engineering Manager to join our Supply Chain team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager. Description About the Role Lead and optimise manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and cost control. · Provide production engineering support, resolve technical issues, and implement root cause and CAPA actions. · Oversee test engineering strategy, systems, and coverage to meet quality and regulatory requirements. · Drive test efficiency, reliability, throughput, and cost reduction. · Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), embedding Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Test (DFT), and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles from concept to volume production. · Develop and execute NPI plans including process validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up. · Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. · Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
