We’re looking for Civil Designers to join our team based in our Northern Sydney head office. Our Civil Designers play an integral role in helping tackle & resolve complex civil engineering design problems. Our designers assist project teams in Civil Engineering design, project management and in defining design parameters, develops civil engineering models and working alongside other civil engineering designers throughout project life cycles. What are do we look typically for in our Civil Designers? Bachelor of Engineering or Technical College qualification (Advance Diploma Civil Engineering or approved equivalent) Demonstrated experience (at least 5-7 years) in a similar role with a comprehensive understanding of Civil Engineering, including a strong knowledge of Roads, Stormwater Drainage and Earthworks Design. Competency in Autodesk Civil 3D software and an ability to develop Civil 3D or 12d Road Surfaces, Pipes and Earthworks Models to TTW national standardised frameworks. Ability to read and implement local state standards What will make you stand out Highly developed communication skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with project team, clients, stakeholders, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
