This role is a hands-on consulting Project Manager position delivering Microsoft Business Applications into client environments. You will step into active engagements and drive outcomes from day one. Description Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Business Applications projects Own scope, schedule, budget, and client outcomes Deliver in fixed-price and milestone-based consulting engagements Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead Coordinate Microsoft functional and technical consultants Drive workshops, planning, and delivery cadence Manage risks, issues, and change in fast-paced environments Provide clear delivery reporting to stakeholders Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience in consulting or professional services delivery Background working for a Microsoft Partner or systems integrator Hands-on delivery of Dynamics 365, M365, or Power Platform projects Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Comfortable taking ownership in new client environments Experienced in fixed-price or milestone delivery models Able to add value immediately with minimal ramp-up Based in Australia with local delivery experience Job Offer Work directly with clients on meaningful Microsoft implementations.
