Mentone, Part Time, Property Management Please Quote Reference Number 16433 Part-time | 12-15 hours per week $40 per hour superannuation Exceptional opportunity with Jellis Craig About the role We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Rental Inspection Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is central to maintaining the quality of our rental portfolio and ensuring our landlords and tenants are well looked after. The hours can be completed across two or three days per week, offering genuine flexibility for the right person. What you'll be doing Attending and completing routine rental inspections across the managed portfolio, preparing clear and thorough inspection reports with supporting photographs, identifying, and documenting maintenance issues, compliance concerns, or breaches of the tenancy agreement, and communicating findings to the property management team and, where appropriate, landlords and tenants. You'll also assist with mid-week open for inspections on rental listings, including set-up, greeting prospective tenants, answering questions about the property, and collecting feedback to pass back to the property managers. What we're looking for A current Agent's Representative Certificate is required. Previous experience in property management, rental inspections, or a related real estate role is highly regarded. You'll need strong attention to detail, good written communication for clear and accurate reports, a professional and approachable manner when dealing with tenants and prospective renters, solid time management to work independently across your scheduled days, and a current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle. Familiarity with property management software (such as PropertyMe, inspection express) is a plus but not essential, we're happy to train the right person.
