Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through to completion Develop project schedules, deliverables and milestones Monitor project performance including cost, schedule and quality Coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors Attend project meetings and provide progress updates Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met Technical & Site Coordination Coordinate electrical contractors, BMS technicians and subcontractors Review engineering documentation, drawings and technical specifications Oversee commissioning, system integration and functional testing Commercial Management Manage project budgets, forecasting and cost control Prepare variations, progress claims and project reports Ensure project profitability and commercial compliance Safety & Compliance Ensure projects comply with all WHS regulations and site safety standards Implement risk assessments and safe work procedures Ensure adherence to company and industry compliance requirements Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager within BMS & Mechanical Electrical Strong understanding of building automation and Mechanical Electrical Systems Experience delivering projects within commercial buildings, infrastructure or industrial environments Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and leadership capability Preferred Qualifications Trade qualification in Electrical or HVAC, or Engineering degree Experience with BMS platforms such as Niagara Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) Strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes Salary & Benefits Salary range: $120,000 – $135,000 vehicle fuel superannuation Opportunity to work on major WA infrastructure and commercial projects Career development within a growing automation and controls business Supportive and collaborative team environment
