About the Role An exciting opportunity is available to join our Product Support Sales team and this position will be located at Wingfield. Reporting to the Manager Power and Energy, this position requires a self-driven individual, with a passion for customer service. Key responsibilities of this role Maintain customer and equipment information within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Prospect, develop and follow up on leads Report on competitive parts, service and engine information and activity Follow up on customer call reports and opportunities Maintain up to date knowledge of all products and services Provide technical and administrative research assistance Provide resource back up and support during absences About you Qualified mechanic, preferably with CAT machinery/ engine experience looking for career progression off the tools Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal High level of attention to detail Positive and enthusiastic attitude Intermediate to advanced computer skills Understanding of marketing functionality and systems Current and valid driver’s licence What you will get in return You will be part of a well-established Caterpillar Dealership and be rewarded with an exciting career offering plenty of progression and development opportunities.
