This role will support the leadership team and ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a pivotal position for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment and enjoys working within a close‑knit, high‑performing team. Key Responsibilities Provide executive‑level support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting preparation, and travel coordination. Manage general office operations, including supplies and maintenance. Prepare, proofread, and format business documents, reports, and presentations. Manage diaries across various time zones. Act as the go‑to person for office‑related queries and ensure a welcoming, professional environment for clients and staff. Opportunity to take on some bookkeeping duties over time. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Office Manager—ideally in an ASX‑listed environment. Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail. High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
