The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Manager to join a high-performing team managing a prominent shopping centre asset. This role will see you working closely with the Centre Manager to drive asset performance, maximise returns, and deliver a best-in-class retail environment. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail property environment and enjoys working across operations, leasing, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Support the Centre Manager to drive financial performance and asset value Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business plan execution Analyse retailer performance, sales data, and market trends Collaborate on leasing strategy to optimise tenant mix and minimise vacancy Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and risk management Manage retailer and stakeholder relationships across the centre Contribute to marketing initiatives, reporting, and overall centre performance About You Experience in retail or shopping centre management Strong financial and commercial acumen Understanding of leasing, tenant mix, and retail drivers Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of retail trends Proactive, driven, and team-oriented approach What’s on Offer Work on a well-established retail asset Broad, end-to-end role across operations, leasing, and marketing Strong salary package plus a monthly paid day off to recharge How to apply Apply today or contact us for a confidential discussion.
