Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support end-to-end procurement and contract management activities within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of procurement outcomes by managing sourcing activities, supporting tender processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract establishment Prepare procurement documentation including RFQs, RFTs, evaluation plans, and briefing materials Coordinate and support evaluation panels, ensuring probity and compliance requirements are met Engage with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide advice on appropriate approaches Liaise with suppliers and vendors throughout procurement processes Assist with contract management activities including variations, performance monitoring, and reporting Ensure procurement activities align with relevant policies, frameworks, and governance requirements Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Key Requirements: Demonstrated experience in procurement, contracts, or sourcing roles Strong understanding of procurement processes including tendering and contract management Experience preparing procurement documentation and supporting evaluations Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Desirable: Experience within Queensland Government or public sector environments Knowledge of Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) or similar frameworks Experience using procurement or finance systems (e.g. TechOne, SAP, or similar) This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your procurement expertise while contributing to high-quality, compliant sourcing outcomes.
