These roles offer long-term opportunities and clear pathways into Supervisory positions. About the Role Lead and coordinate Heavy Diesel maintenance crews Oversee planned servicing, breakdowns, and repairs on mobile plant Ensure compliance with site safety systems and procedures Run pre-starts, toolbox talks, and JHAs Liaise with Supervisors and Planners to meet maintenance targets Requirements Schedule 26 - Statutory Supervisor Certification (essential) Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification Proven experience in a Leading Hand role within mining preferred or sufficient Trade experience as an HD Fitter Strong knowledge of mobile plant maintenance Ability to work FIFO rosters What's on Offer Competitive rates Long-term and temp-to-perm opportunities Reputable mining clients Career progression into Supervisory roles In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
