About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic technology leader to join our organisation as IT Data & Integration Manager. Reporting to the CIO, this role will lead the design and delivery of CPA's enterprise data strategy, architecture, and integration capability. You will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making, ensuring systems are effectively integrated, and establishing scalable, secure, and future-ready data platforms across the organisation. Please note that this role is a full-time role based in Allambie Heights with hybrid work options. Required skills: Demonstrated experience in data architecture, data integration, and enterprise data platforms Proven leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams Strong experience designing and implementing data warehouses and analytics platforms Experience developing and delivering data strategies aligned to organisational goals Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party technology partners Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and lifecycle management Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data integration tools Strong commercial acumen with the ability to optimise cost and value outcomes Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline Desirable skills: Experience in the not-for-profit, health, or disability sector Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as NDIS and Australian Privacy Principles Experience implementing reporting and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI or similar) Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and/or Microsoft Data technologies Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field Responsibilities include: Lead the development and execution of CPA's enterprise data strategy and roadmap Design and implement scalable data architecture and integration frameworks Simplify and optimise data platforms and tools across the organisation Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, including ownership, quality, and compliance Deliver a centralised data warehouse to support enterprise analytics and reporting Oversee reporting and visualisation platforms to enable actionable insights Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise data and analytics initiatives Manage and develop a high-performing team of data and integration specialists Drive alignment between technology investments and organisational strategy Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery of cost-effective, high-quality solutions Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance requirements are embedded in all solutions Provide expert advice to senior leadership and governance forums Working for CPA offers you exceptional remuneration & benefits: Access to a tax-free meal, entertainment & venue benefit card valued at $2,650 per year Flexible ways of working - working from home options, flexibility surrounding hours 12 weeks paid parental leave and 2 weeks paid partner leave 3 additional leave days each year (conditions apply) $100 per year well-being allowance that you can use to enhance your wellbeing (eg: purchase sports equipment, have a massage, take a meditation class, the choice is yours) Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness Passport Employee Assistance Program Paid Employee Referral Bonus Program, where you can be generously rewarded for referring a friend that joins CPA.
