IEPro are working with a well-established civil contractor to recruit an experienced Project Engineer with DTMR experience to deliver road infrastructure projects across Queensland on a FIFO basis. This opportunity sits within a contractor known for delivering complex transport infrastructure works across regional Queensland. The business has built a strong reputation for practical delivery, experienced leadership, and maintaining long-term relationships within the infrastructure sector. With a strong pipeline of DTMR work, this role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on technically strong road projects. The Opportunity As Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of DTMR road projects, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, and in line with program and commercial targets. You will work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and clients to drive consistent delivery outcomes across site operations. The Role In this role, you will: Support delivery of DTMR road infrastructure projects Interpret and apply DTMR specifications and requirements Review drawings, construction methodologies and sequencing Manage RFIs, technical queries and project documentation Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities Assist with cost control, variations and progress claims Monitor safety, quality and environmental compliance Support project programming, reporting and forecasting About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline Proven experience delivering DTMR road infrastructure projects Strong understanding of TMR specifications and reporting requirements Background in roadworks, pavements, drainage or transport infrastructure Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A practical and delivery-focused mindset Commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits FIFO role delivering DTMR road infrastructure projects A salary package up to $150k super vehicle Uplift applied depending on project and roster Strong pipeline of secured work Supportive leadership and established delivery systems Long-term career development opportunities Please note: Only candidates with local Australian based experience and working rights will be considered.
