About the Role: Dash Group Trades & Labour is looking for hardworking and reliable Landscape Labourers to join our growing team. Work on a variety of projects —from residential landscaping to large-scale commercial and civil developments . These projects are located in Brendale, Caloundra, Ipswich, Yatala, and Gold Coast. Our clients are looking for long term employees and will offer permanent positions within their organisations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with landscaping tasks, including planting, turfing, mulching, and hardscaping (retaining walls, paving, concreting, drainage/irrigation, etc.) Operate tools and machinery safely Handle materials, wheelbarrows, and general site duties Maintain a safe and clean worksite Work effectively as part of a team What We’re Looking For: ✔ Previous landscaping experience (preferred) ✔ Ability to work outdoors in QLD heat ✔ Physically fit & capable of manual labour ✔ Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic ✔ White Card (mandatory) ✔ Valid driver’s license & own transport ✔ Additional tickets (Skid Steer/Bobcat, Excavator, MR/HR license) are a bonus!
