The Opportunity You will join a well-established business with a strong reputation across both wealth management and accounting, working with a high-quality client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and SME business owners. With the upcoming retirement of a senior partner, this role offers the chance to step into a visible leadership position, take ownership of key client relationships, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the accounting division. You will focus on developing client relationships, strategic tax and business advice, and leadership and growth Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients (HNW and SME) Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor to business owners and high net-wealth family groups Provide strategic tax advice, structuring, and business insights Review and oversee compliance work (prepared by the broader team) Identify and deliver business advisory opportunities Work closely with internal wealth advisors to deliver holistic client outcomes Contribute to the leadership, growth, and strategic direction of the firm Mentor and develop a team of accountants About You You are a commercially minded, relationship-driven accountant who enjoys working closely with clients and adding real value beyond compliance.
