The Opportunity Own the Branch: Take responsibility for the overall performance of the Browns Plains operation Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors and continue building the customer base Commercial Oversight: Monitor branch performance including sales, margins and P&L outcomes Team Coordination: Work closely with a capable team across internal sales, warehouse and delivery functions Hands-On Involvement: Stay close to the day-to-day operation and support the team as needed Uncapped Potential: With a strong profit share model, the results you drive are reflected directly in your earnings.
