They cater to clients across various industries needing network infrastructure support, including site acquisition and stakeholder engagement. They now seek an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join their team in Bangholme VIC. The Role: The position for hire is an ICT Business Analyst and will be for a full-time basis between $95,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, plus superannuation per annum, and will be based at their Keysborough office. The Responsibilities: Analyse business processes related to telecommunications site acquisition, planning, design and construction to identify system improvement opportunities Elicit and document functional and technical requirements from internal teams, clients, engineers and external stakeholders Translate business needs into system specifications for project management, GIS, asset tracking and workflow platforms Evaluate existing ICT systems supporting RF design, property management and construction coordination to improve efficiency and data accuracy Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations to align requirements across engineering, planning and project teams Develop process maps, user stories, use cases and business requirements documentation Support implementation of new software solutions including ERP, project controls systems and document management platforms Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate system functionality against business requirements Analyse operational data to identify performance gaps, project risks and reporting improvements Recommend digital solutions to streamline approvals, compliance tracking and stakeholder engagement processes Assist with integration of systems used for site acquisition, contractor management and network deployment Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support decision making Ensure data governance, security and regulatory requirements are incorporated into system solutions Provide ongoing support and training to users following system changes or new implementations The Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field Minimum 2 years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst supporting complex infrastructure or telecommunications projects At least 2 years' experience gathering requirements across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, planning and construction stakeholders Minimum 2 years' experience implementing or enhancing enterprise systems such as ERP, GIS, project management or asset management platforms At least 2 years' experience conducting user acceptance testing, process modelling and business case development At least 2 years' experience using business analysis tools and methodologies such as BPMN, UML, SQL queries, and Scrum At least 2 years' experience working with frameworks; BABOK, Agile or PRINCE2 environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse data, trends, and systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of ICT infrastructure, software development life cycle, and emerging technologies. Familiarity with databases, network systems, and software applications. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
