Identify and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate automotive parts and tailored solutions Navigate catalogs, databases, and inventory systems to accurately locate, source, and order parts Process sales transactions, credits, warranties, and invoicing with precision and attention to detail Communicate technical information in a clear, accessible manner to customers with varying levels of expertise Assist with packing, dispatch, and occasional deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment Maintain showroom presentation, pricing accuracy, and merchandising standards Monitor and manage stock levels while supporting warehouse operations and inventory organization Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve team goals Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
