Job Description We’re seeking a Data Analyst to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions within Shared Services. This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst early in their career to build strong foundations in finance data, reporting, and business partnering while contributing to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Based at our Head Office in Mount Waverley, this role supports improved performance visibility across finance operations through accurate, timely reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities Extract, cleanse and validate AR/AP transactional data to support accurate finance reporting. Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly operational reports, including ageing, volumes, productivity and exceptions. Update and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Power BI and Excel, ensuring reconciliation to source systems. Perform routine data quality checks and maintain logs of issues, actions and outcomes. Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives through analysis, documentation and test data preparation. Assist with automation, reporting changes and UAT by following test scripts and logging defects. Work closely with AR/AP, finance and operations stakeholders to understand reporting needs and explain insights clearly. Maintain clear documentation of KPIs, report logic, assumptions and standard reporting definitions.
