We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Administration Assistant to support a busy Quality, Risk & Assurance team within a well-established not-for-profit organisation. This is a temporary role for approximately 6 weeks, working 3-5 days per week on-site in Notting Hill. With an upcoming audit, this role will play a key part in ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and correctly maintained across internal systems. Key responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the Quality, Risk & Assurance team Assist with audit preparation, including document collation and organisation Ensure records and documentation are correctly filed and easy to locate Support the team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all data and documentation Assist with ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the team About you: Strong administration experience in a busy environment High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident working with documentation and structured processes Able to work independently and manage competing priorities Previous experience in audit, compliance, or records management will be highly regarded Experience using SharePoint is highly desirable Additional information: Temporary role (approximately 6 weeks) 3-5 days per week, onsite in Notting Hill Immediate start Police Check and Working With Children Check required This is a great opportunity to step into a supportive team environment and contribute during a key period of activity.
