Protech is Hiring Civil Labourers & Plant Operators in Western Sydney About the role: Monday–Friday work optional Saturdays Immediate start available Great hourly rates overtime allowances Onsite parking Supportive team culture and regular check-ins What You’ll Be Doing : General civil labouring – fencing, flagging, installing signage, environmental controls, site prep & clean-up Spotting for machinery and working safely around services Supporting plant operators and supervisors onsite Operating machinery if ticketed: Roller, Moxy, Watercart, Excavator (bulk earthworks or final trim, including GPS) Tickets & Experienece: Full Australian working rights White Card Minimum 6 months civil earthworks experience Driver’s licence reliable transport RII or VOC tickets (essential for operating roles) A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to work both in a team and independently Ready to Get Started?
