Join a a growing, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy in Land Development! Looking for an Design Manager to lead civil design team in Brisbane. This is a genuine leadership role—ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical delivery, mentoring, and commercial input. You’ll lead and support a team of engineers and designers, ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical standard and commercially sound. Based in a modern Brisbane CBD office, working across a varied pipeline of land development projects. Key responsibilities include: Manage, guide and mentor a growing team Resource planning and coordination with senior leadership Provide technical guidance and resolve design issues proactively Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practice Prepare fee proposals and variation submissions We’re keen to speak with people who have solid land development experience and leadership potential.
