SITE MANAGER (Perth, Western Australia) Ever considered a relocation to Perth WA? TEN Recruitment is working in partnership with a reputable WA commercial builder that’s expanding their site leadership team due to a progressing pipeline of projects in the Perth metro area. With several large-scale builds now underway and a continuing developing pipeline they’re looking for Site Managers who are confident running complex sites. You’ll be supported by experienced project teams, clear processes, and leadership that trusts its site managers to do their job properly. The day to day: Monitoring progress of the project program and oversea the delivery from establishment through to completion Work closely with project managers, engineers and consultants Manage and maintain high standards across WHS, quality and site compliance Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients Build and lead a strong, accountable site team Manage sequencing, critical paths, and program milestones To succeed you will bring: Strong communication and negotiation skills 4 years’ experience in a similar role with experience in commercial, multi residential, high rise or health Solid knowledge of WHS systems, QA requirements, and site coordination Confidence managing large subcontractor packages and busy work fronts Passion and pride in your work Full Australian working rights What’s on offer: AUD$200k Super.
