About the Opportunity The role of Properties Business Partner will be to proactively manage sites within Wellways property portfolio in NSW and Queensland regions. The Organisation will be undertaking several property relocations, refurbishments, decommissions and new site establishments each year. In this role, you’ll demonstrate strong influencing skills, effectively building rapport with stakeholders, and excel in cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a variety of complex project works. Workplace Health & Safety responsibilities, action maintenance requests, and arrange service contracts and effectively manage such contracts Responding to a high volume of e-mail and phone call enquiries regarding properties. Oversee the administration, renewal of leases and processing invoices Monthly reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders, Input data relating to lease and property information into Wellways property data base and other property related requests You will also need: Relevant Tertiary Qualifications, extensive experience in a similar role will be considered in lieu of educational qualifications Current valid Driver’s License and the ability to undertake travel for the role Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check Right to Work within Australia Satisfactory National Police Records Check (less than 12 months old) NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate About Us Wellways connects people, strengthens families, and transforms communities for individuals of all ages experiencing disabilities or challenges to their social and emotional wellbeing.
