About the company: We are partnering with a well-regarded, community-focused organisation based in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their People & Culture team on a 3-month contract, commencing ASAP. This is a hands-on role supporting the business through a busy period, with a strong focus on complex employee relations matters and organisational change. Key Responsibilities You will work closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to manage escalated ER cases while providing expert advice to ensure fair, compliant, and commercially sound outcomes. Provide specialist advice on complex and escalated employee relations matters Support HR Business Partners with investigations, performance management, misconduct and grievance cases Guide leaders through change management processes Interpret and apply relevant employment legislation, awards and policies Contribute to enterprise bargaining activities (experience advantageous but not essential) About You Proven experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation Experience supporting organisations through change Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at all levels Enterprise bargaining exposure (desirable) Available to commence immediately or at short notice What’s on Offer $60–$65 per hour super Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 from home) On-site parking Supportive, community-driven organisation Opportunity to make an immediate impact If you’re an experienced ER professional looking for your next contract opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
