The Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering commercial insights that support and enhance business performance. The position acts as a true strategic partner to regional leadership teams, providing analysis, guidance, and support to drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include: Act as a strategic business partner to the CFO and regional leadership teams, providing commercial insight to support decision-making Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities Deliver high-quality commercial analysis to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Support pricing strategies and provide commercial input to sales and operational teams Oversee management reporting, ensuring timely, accurate insights and meaningful variance analysis Monitor business performance against plan, recommending corrective actions where required Manage financial governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and internal control standards. Your Skills & Experience (CA) highly regarded, ideally with experience in Big 4 or mid-tier professional services.
