Our Opportunity We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team based in Bayswater, WA in a full-time, permanent role which will see you responsible for managing and growing customer accounts across WA. As an Account Manager with PROK, you will take ownership of a portfolio of WA based customers and act as their point of contact, playing a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships. Ou will identify opportunities for growth and deliver value-added solutions. Working closely with engineering, estimating, and site-based teams, you will represent PROK as a trusted partner, supporting continuous improvement for our clients. If you’re a relationship-driven Account Manager who enjoys being on-site, solving real operational problems, and building long-term partnerships, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact. Key responsibilities include: Identify and develop new sales opportunities Provide technical recommendations and close deals. Manage and grow key client accounts across WA mining and industrial sectors at both site and corporate level Gain a deep understanding of their needs and deliver the right solutions. Undertake regular visits to client sites and port operations Offer on-the-ground technical support and provide proactive follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction. Help clients improve efficiency and performance through proactive account management. Implement strategic agreements such as exclusive supply or fixed-price contracts where appropriate. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient quoting, engineering input, and project delivery. Gather insights on competitor activity and client operations to help PROK competitive, agile, and innovative in its offerings. Champion customer feedback and use it to drive service delivery enhancements and solution development. About you You will possess a proven background in B2B sales within the mining, mechanical, or industrial sectors, and ideally understand conveyor system components or related engineered products.pable of understanding client challenges and work with internal and external technical teams to design practical, fit-for-purpose solutions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels of an organisation.
