Omnichannel global skincare retailer Salary $120 - $135K Super Bonus 3-day work from home, North Sydney office location Our client is seeking an International Education Manager to lead their APAC Education Team and help shape the future of professional skincare education across one of the most exciting regions in the world. Reporting to the Vice President, International Sales, you’ll lead, inspire, and elevate their APAC Education Specialists and Distributor Education Teams — while partnering closely with global and local stakeholders. This is a highly visible role where education meets innovation, leadership meets creativity, and strategy drives real commercial impact. Key responsibilities include: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Education Specialists across APAC, supporting growth, development, and performance Execute education strategies across professional, retail, medi-aesthetic, and consumer-facing channels Co-lead the APAC Innovation Taskforce, bringing new products and treatments to life through powerful education launches Elevate distributor education standards, shaping local strategies aligned with the global curriculum Unite the region, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration across markets Design and deliver blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, and online) Travel across APAC, supporting markets, delivering training, and representing the region on global initiatives To be successful within this role, you will have: Diploma or higher qualification in Beauty Therapy or Skin Health Proven people leadership and team development experience Strong background with a professional skin brand Hands-on experience with advanced skin protocols (microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels) Experience and proven-track record working across APAC region Teacher training certification or vocational education experience Strong project management and organisational skills Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and virtual delivery High proficiency in Microsoft Suite and collaboration platforms Bonus: Multilingual skills in Vietnamese, Malay, or Mandarin Offering 3 days work from home, regular travel to the APAC region (approximately every 6-8 weeks for 1-2 weeks), generous product allowance and an opportunity to shape the next era of professional skincare education in APAC!
