Working closely with the Principal, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality, developmentally appropriate Montessori program while supporting educators to achieve excellence in practice. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation of the Montessori curriculum in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Provide curriculum guidance and transition to school support Support mentor educators in planning cycles, documentation, and reflective practice Oversee and monitor Individual Education Plans in collaboration with staff Building strong partnerships with families Drive the Quality Improvement Plan and self-assessment processes About You You are a confident, thoughtful leader who brings both deep Montessori knowledge and a collaborative mindset.
