Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and experienced Course Coordinator to lead our Bachelor of Community Services programs. This is a leadership role where you’ll shape the future of community services education, oversee academic excellence, and ensure our students graduate ready to make a difference in society. Key Responsibilities Lead academic and operational delivery of Community Services programs, ensuring quality, compliance and strong student outcomes Manage course operations including timetabling, assessments, enrolments, RPL and placements (where applicable) Recruit, lead and performance manage academic staff, building capability aligned to current industry practice Drive course development and continuous improvement, informed by sector trends and CWA expectations Build and maintain industry partnerships to support placements, pathways and graduate outcomes Oversee moderation, benchmarking and validation to ensure academic integrity and consistency Monitor student performance, retention and satisfaction, implementing improvement strategies Contribute to academic governance and reporting across key committees Ensure compliance with TEQSA, AQF, CRICOS and ESOS frameworks Support planning, audits, resource management and course promotion activities
