Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join their growing team. This opportunity has arisen due to continued business growth and a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC installations across major projects in the CBD and surrounding locations. You will be responsible for managing HVAC site operations from planning through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Initial projects will focus on large-scale builds within Sydney’s commercial and infrastructure sectors. As a HVAC Site Manager, you will be: Overseeing day-to-day HVAC site operations across multiple projects Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards Managing project programming, scheduling, and reporting Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project outcomes We would be interested in talking to candidates with previous experience as a HVAC Site Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on new build (wet concrete) projects. If you have demonstrated your ability delivering projects between $5-15M across Commercial, Education, Defence and Fit out sectors we’d love to receive your application Package for this role is $150-180K plus $20K car allowance and super.
