WHAT WE OFFER: Work with SOURCR , the top Construction Recruitment Company for 2023 & 2024 On-site training, working alongside industry leaders Opportunity to gain machine tickets (Roller, Loader, Skid, Moxy, Excavator) Consistent 40-hour work weeks OVERTIME Growth Opportunities – Progress to machine operator roles and leadership positions such as Leading Hand YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES: Assist in concrete pouring, mixing, and finishing General civil labouring, including site setup, formwork preparation, and cleanup Help with concrete delivery and distribution on site Site cleanup, including removing debris and excess materials Assist trades and operators as required, including supporting excavators and other machinery on-site Perform site safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations Work alongside concrete crews, learning the best industry practices EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Some experience as a concrete labourer, with a understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and related tasks Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment White Card Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (some sites are in remote areas) Strong adherence to safety standards and procedures This is a TEMP TO PERM role with performance reviews at 3 and 6 months.
