Talent Lead – Full-Time Location: Aegis Central Office in Burswood. Aegis is seeking an experienced, energetic recruitment specialist for the role of Talent Lead. Reporting to The Executive Manager, People and Culture the role of Talent Lead is essential for attracting, selecting and hiring the best talent for Aegis. You are responsible for the creation and execution of recruitment plans, to oversee the whole end to end recruitment process, and establish good rapport with all managers and candidates. You will lead, upskill, develop, support, monitor and mentor the Aegis Talent Team to ensure high quality and timely recruitment is undertaken in accordance with organisational needs. Your aim will be to make sure that Aegis attracts and retains high quality top talent, supporting the success and growth of the Aegis Group Success in this role will be built upon strong relationships with all key stakeholders both external and internal through open and transparent communication, which always remains collegiate and positive. You will build on our positive Aegis culture and PRiDE philosophies. There is a strong focus on collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement and relationship building in this role. To succeed in this role you will need to possess · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field. · Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leading a recruitment or talent acquisition team. · Experience in recruiting for various positions and levels, including both clinical and non-clinical roles. · Experience in utilising various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. · Proven record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates.
