This role sits at the centre of the business - responsible for project delivery, financial performance, team leadership and securing future work . You will oversee the delivery of commercial HVAC projects across the state while building strong relationships with builders, consultants and clients to support ongoing growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant influence over the direction and performance of the WA business. The Role Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Construction , you will be responsible for leading the state construction division and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to a high standard. You will oversee the full lifecycle of projects - from securing work through to construction delivery and client handover. The role also includes oversight of the service division, ensuring strong long-term client relationships and recurring revenue. You will also work closely with estimating, finance, drafting and executive leadership to ensure the business achieves its strategic objectives.
