The Role You will take full ownership of a major accommodation project from early delivery through to completion, leading site teams, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities End-to-end project management of a large-scale accommodation development Coordination of site, design, and commercial teams Management of programme, cost, risk, and quality outcomes Client and stakeholder engagement at senior levels Driving safety and compliance across all phases of the project About You Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 builder Strong background delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, or accommodation projects Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute with a track record of successful project delivery Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar What’s on Offer Circa $270,000 package (inclusive of super) An excellent culture internally the business has a proven track record in retaining and rewarding high performers within the business.
