Working directly with ownership, you will drive asset performance, leasing outcomes, capital strategy and operational excellence, while leading a high-performing on-site team. The Role This is not a traditional property management position. You will operate as the General Manager of a precinct, responsible for: Driving asset performance – revenue, occupancy, NOI and long-term value Leading leasing strategy – tenant retention, deal execution and positioning Overseeing capital works – upgrades, refurbishments and asset repositioning Owning financial performance – budgets, forecasting, asset plans and reporting Managing risk & compliance – ensuring best-in-class building operations Leading a multidisciplinary team across property, facilities and finance You will be the key interface between ownership, tenants and internal stakeholders, shaping both day-to-day performance and long-term strategy. About You You’re already operating at a senior asset or precinct level, or ready to step into it. 8 years’ experience across commercial property or asset management Proven experience with office assets and leasing negotiations Strong financial and commercial acumen (budgets, asset plans, performance) Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams Ability to think strategically while still executing day-to-day Deep understanding of tenant dynamics, asset positioning and value creation A background in institutional-grade portfolios or premium office assets will be highly regarded.
