Travel Administration Officer – FIFO (8/6 Roster) Permanent | Up to $120k plus Super | Immediate Start We are seeking an experienced Travel Administration Officer to join a site-based operations team, supporting the coordination of FIFO travel, accommodation and mobilisation activities. This is a permanent opportunity offering strong job security, a positive team culture and ongoing career development within a busy and well-supported operation. Working an 8 days on 6 days off FIFO roster, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of employees, contractors and visitors to and from site. Key Responsibilities Coordinate FIFO flight and accommodation bookings Manage booking changes, cancellations and disruptions Prepare and maintain airline manifests Liaise with mobilisation teams, site personnel and external providers Support mobilisation and demobilisation processes Respond to travel, logistics and general enquiries Assist with aircraft scheduling and workforce movements Maintain accurate records within the People Tray system About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in FIFO travel coordination or mobilisation Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience using People Tray (essential) or similar systems (INX, SAMS) Positive, team-focused attitude with a proactive approach Current C Class Driver’s Licence What’s on Offer Salary up to $120k plus Super Permanent role with long-term stability 8/6 FIFO roster Supportive team environment with a strong culture Ongoing work pipeline providing job security and growth opportunities If you’re an experienced Travel Administrator looking for your next FIFO opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
