About The Opportunity We are seeking a commercially minded and collaborative Finance Business Partner to join our team supporting a major social housing contract for our Facility Management Division. This permanent, full-time role is based in Burswood, WA (Perth) and is responsible for partnering with contract operations and support functions to deliver high-quality financial analysis, performance reporting, and management accounting support across the contract. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing clarity to financial performance, supporting effective decision-making, and helping drive outcomes that align to contract objectives and service delivery expectations. Reporting to the Manager, Finance & Commercial , you will work closely with operational leaders and central support teams to ensure strong financial governance, insightful reporting, and continuous uplift in financial discipline and understanding across the contract. Key Responsibilities Partner with contract operations and support functions to provide timely, accurate and actionable financial insights to support decision-making. Prepare and enhance contract reporting, including month-end management reporting, cost tracking, forecasting and performance commentary aligned to contract requirements. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for the contract, including identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities. Conduct detailed analysis (e.g., variance analysis, trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, scenario modelling) to support operational and commercial decisions. Monitor contract KPIs and financial performance measures, providing regular insights to key stakeholders and supporting actions to improve outcomes. Support strong financial governance, ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and reporting standards. Collaborate across teams to identify and implement process improvements that strengthen reporting quality, cost control, and the overall finance operating rhythm. About You You are a proactive, solution-oriented finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational teams and translating numbers into clear, meaningful insights. You bring strong management accounting capability, commercial acumen, and a practical approach to improving financial performance and decision-making in a fast-moving contract environment. You will also have: Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics (or similar), or equivalent professional experience. CPA/CA qualification (or working towards) is preferred. Demonstrated experience in a business partnering role with strong exposure to management accounting, forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting metrics and communicating insights to non-finance stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence outcomes across a diverse group of operational and support teams. A continuous improvement mindset; comfortable refining reporting, strengthening processes, and lifting financial capability in the business.
