01st April, 2026 Pearl is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a well established company with a strong local presence. Join a busy and great functioning team who have a team first attitude! This role will be for a 8 month contract with the possibility of extension. You'll work closely with senior leaders, providing practical HR advice across a broad generalist portfolio. The focus is on building strong relationships, supporting leaders through people matters, and helping the business achieve its goals. Duties and Tasks Partnering with senior leaders and acting as a trusted HR advisor Providing clear, practical advice on employee relations, industrial relations and performance matters Supporting organisational initiatives and business priorities as they arise Contributing to people strategies that make sense for the business Applying policies and legislation in a consistent, sensible way About You Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role Experience with employee and industrial relations highly desirable Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written to key stakeholders Strong attention to details and problem solving skills What's On Offer $65 to $75 per hour super - dependent on experience Ability to start ASAP Mon to Fri - 8hr day - 40hr working week Kwinana Location!
