You will support and enhance cloud-based telephony platforms, working closely with network, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver an enterprise wide Communications uplift. Duties/Key responsibilities Support and manage Cisco UCC and UCCX platforms in a cloud environment Deliver and maintain contact centre voice telephony solutions Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network-related issues Collaborate with stakeholders on system improvements and upgrades Ensure performance, availability, and security of communication systems Skills and experience Strong experience with Cisco UCC, UCCX, and cloud voice technologies Solid background in contact centre telephony (e.g. Mytell or similar) Broad networking knowledge (routing, switching, QoS, SIP) Proven troubleshooting and support experience in enterprise environments Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Benefits $850-$950 per day contract Initial 6-month term with strong extension potential Hybrid working model Exposure to enterprise-scale Cisco cloud and contact centre environments Opportunity to work on modernisation and transformation initiatives
