Introduction We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Communications & Engagement Coordinator to support our client Samsung within the Retail Enhancement Team. In this role, you’ll drive internal communications, support engagement initiatives, and coordinate key projects that keep our teams aligned, informed, and performing at their best. Description As the Team Communications & Engagement Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of internal communications, engagement initiatives, and key team operations. This role focuses on our Communication Rhythm, and ensures our Retail Enhancement Team stays aligned, informed, and connected in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver internal communications across multiple team groups Manage meeting outputs, action tracking, and team alignment Support Reward & Recognition programs and engagement initiatives Assist with learning platforms and training coordination Coordinate logistics for team events, briefings, and stakeholder meetings Support key product launches through communications and reporting Conduct store visits to observe the in-store experience and gather market insights About You Administrative or Coordination Background: 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination, team assistant or retail operations role Interpersonal abilities with experience in relationship building and management Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Personal Attributes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to tailor messaging Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, energetic and team-oriented Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused Adaptable and calm under pressure Why join us?
