Reporting to the Senior Manager - Contracts you’ll play a key role in driving project success by: Negotiate a broad range of contracts, including civil works, OEM supply and installation, consultancy, and corporate services. Manage end‑to‑end contract formation and administration, with strong experience in Framework Agreements. Lead and oversee medium‑ to high‑risk contracts and categories, ensuring robust governance, risk control, performance management, and financial oversight. Develop and maintain contract and category management plans, including procurement documentation for higher‑risk agreements. Track and analyse contract performance and expenditure to ensure alignment with budgets and business objectives. Prepare and present contract strategies and award recommendations to the Contract Board. Ensure compliance with contract management policies and provide expert guidance to drive value and quality. Identify, assess, and report contract risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Develop negotiation strategies and lead complex negotiations. Be part of the solution Extensive relevant contracts work experience. Possession of degree in construction management, quantity surveying, law, or engineering, with a preference for AIQS or RICS accreditation or similar. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders. Good written communication skills, with the ability to prepare procurement and technical documents. Good analytical, research and evaluation skills, with the ability to provide solutions to problems and issues.
