The Opportunity A high‑growth, consumer‑focused organisation is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to execute and optimise campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role plays a critical part in driving user acquisition and engagement through CRM, paid media, and onsite campaigns, working closely with local and regional stakeholders. This is an execution‑led role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑moving B2C environment and enjoys translating strategy into high‑quality, measurable campaigns. Key Responsibilities Execute and optimise acquisition and engagement campaigns across CRM, Google, Facebook, and onsite/app channels Build and manage email, push notification, and onsite campaigns that support product launches and growth initiatives Collaborate with regional and central marketing teams to localise and deliver campaigns effectively Support product marketing initiatives by setting up landing pages, email journeys, and promotional offers Monitor and assess campaign performance, using data to refine content, targeting, and execution Coordinate inputs from content, design, and data teams to ensure campaign alignment and speed to market What You'll Be Measured On Tangible improvements in channel performance, such as: Increasing email open rates Lifting paid social click‑through rates Quality and speed of campaign execution across CRM and paid channels Contribution to user acquisition, conversion, and engagement initiatives About You Proven experience in a fast‑paced B2C marketing role , ideally within ecommerce, fintech, or digital platforms Strong hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (campaign setup, content, targeting, execution) Comfortable working across multiple channels rather than specialising in just one Experience executing campaigns across paid social, CRM, and onsite/app environments Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign performance metrics Agile, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in quick marketing cycles Backgrounds from ecommerce, fintech, or internet-based companies will be strongly regarded.
