As a Senior Research Consultant, you’ll bring structure and clarity to every engagement - framing problems, building evidence, and translating insight into clear, confident, and measurable advice. Every project is fully customised, often working as an extension of clients’ in-house insights teams. Key responsibilities: Project types are highly varied - ad hoc, tracking, brand positioning, customer segmentation, CVP, customer experience, U&As, journey mapping, innovation, and more. You’ll work across a portfolio of Australia’s biggest brands in retail, FMCG, sports, and fintech. Lead day-to-day client engagement Design customised quantitative research frameworks Translate survey data into compelling narratives Integrate primary and secondary data sources Visualise data in sophisticated and creative ways to strengthen your story Lead presentations and facilitate stakeholder discussions Demonstrate an owner’s mindset, taking pride in both individual and team success Bring genuine curiosity about how people think, feel, and behave as consumers What else to love?
