Access system data as necessary to assist and provide general advice on Vision Super’s products and services Arrange and conduct general superannuation advice interviews for members and their partners Participate in outbound calling and targeted member marketing campaigns including welcoming new members to the fund and identifying opportunities for members to make the most of their superannuation entitlements Have a clear and up-to-date understanding of the superannuation industry and Vision Super’s products, performance and investment results About you! Ideally, you will have post secondary qualifications and looking for an entry-level customer service role. You could be fresh out of school or TAFE/ University or returning to work! The main aspect is having a positive mindset and wanting to help customers!
